The wolfpack came out swinging in its first game since returning from break.  During the week the team focused on the fundamentals such as passing and boxing out.  This proved advantageous against PCD.  The girls took the lead early and never looked back.  Sabrina Padro ’10 had 12 of her 17 points in the first half, mostly from drives to the basket.  Hyde had the advantage in the rebounding department in both halves.  All in all it was a good way to return from break.  Lexi Burke ’10 had her best game of the season with 10 points and as many rebounds.  Haruka Koda ’10 continues to improve her game, especially offensively, having a career high of 9 points.  Allie Dubinsky ’10 continues to gain confidence and scored 3 points.  Mari Barnett ’11 and Margaret Ann Regnery ’10 both chipped in two points in the winning effort.  The team will continue to improve on the fundamentals to see where it will lead.  Hyde looks forward to playing Wheeler on Wednesday in another league match up.
